The conversation arose as the hosts were discussing a report about llamas being used as therapy animals.

“I actually asked Matt what he and Kendall would like for their wedding and he said (a llama),” Monique said, laughing.

Matt confirmed he had asked for the quirky gift as part of his elegant nuptials.

“(I said) ‘I would love a llama to greet guests as they arrive. And could you arrange for it to be in a bow tie?’,” he said.

Rather than dismiss the unusual request, Monique admitted she did a ring-around to see if she could find a llama for the loved-up couple’s special day.

“I said ‘No problem’, thinking it was going to be easy,” Mon said.

However, the gift wasn’t to happen.

“Mon spent a month trying to make it work (but) I went llama-less,” Matt said.

Monique said the request came “unstuck” because of the logistics of getting the animal into the remote waterfront location.

“You let me down. We remain friends — all is OK,” Matt said, clearly kidding.

The gorgeous 2021 pre-Christmas wedding came after the couple became engaged on New Year’s Eve 2020.

At the time, Matt shared photos from the elegant ceremony along with a heartfelt message via social media.

“The best day of my life with my magnificent wife,” he wrote.
